Rates for Homestay:

Homestay Dad

Private room with food.

Minimum one month stay required.

Daily - 1 to 7 Days - $30.00 per day (3 meals daily included)

Weekly - 7 to 28 Days - $28.00 per day (3 meals daily included)

*Monthly private room - $750.00 ( 3 meals daily included)

**Deposit $300.00 One time fee. Required in all situations. It will be returned to you upon leaving the Homestay residence.

Airport Pickup Fee $60.00 - (pre arranged only)

All our fees are in Canadian dollars. (currency converter)

Shared room with food - For students or guests who want to save some money but also want to live with people who speak English and share there cultural values. You share the room with one other person of the same gender only. Fully furnished rooms with food and full access to the rest of the home. (ask about availablity) - $600.00 Canadian per month per student.

Payment Information

Your deposit must be received by Vancouver Homestay House as requested by the coordinator prior to your arrival. Failure to do so will result in any reservations being cancelled promptly. Please understand that reservations are on a first come first served basis only. We will not hold rooms for extended periods of time for any circumstances. Understand these terms and conditions clearly because there will be no special arrangements made.

All other Homestay payments are paid directly to your Host family on the first day of your arrival or as requested by us. Then each month after on your arrival date or as arranged with you and the host family. Please keep us informed of any changes to your Homestay arrival dates because this can and will affect your payment dates and deposit fees.

All fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars. Acceptable forms of payment are:

Request from us if you need to change your Homestay arrival and/or departure dates.
No refunds for late cancellations, rescheduled dates or cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival.
